Staying traditional thats the way I like it.

Delano's Guitar Rig
My live guitar rig is based around my Fender "Strato Ultra". This guitar has an alder body, figured maple top and ebony fretboard. Wilkinson trem and roller nut and ultra clean sounding Fender Lace Pickups.

My Amplifier Rig
My amplification is a lovely valve driven 100w Fender Twin Amp with two 12" Fender speakers. Weighs a ton but sounds great.

My Effects Rack ".
My effects rack is almost exclusively Boss. No I'm not an endorsee. I do prefer the traditional stomp box's rather than the digital ones which i find removes too much of the inherent sound of a good instrument. They do in my opinion make the subtle differences in tone between instruments less noticeable.

I have gone against the grain this year and bought a Line6 PodXTLive unit. So far I'm still holding my view that it does not give a plausible tube amp sound so I have utilised the boss LS2 Line switcher so that I can keep the guitar sound and add the effect to it rather than use the xt as the foundation for my sound. We shall see how it shapes up on tour this year.
